I'm an Artist Who Speaks Technology

My name is Ryan Kittleson, and I am a digital sculptor who helps fine artists translate their unique vision from a concept into a physical reality. I bridge the gap between traditional artistry and digital fabrication. My job isn't just to sculpt; it's to become a temporary, digital extension of your own studio, capturing your style and intent with perfect fidelity.

For over 12 years, I've been the collaborator clients trust to handle their most valuable creative projects. I've had the privilege of translating the iconic styles of artists like Todd James and Mark Whalen into complex 3D forms. My background also includes high-level sculpture and modeling for film, including the stop-motion feature Wendell and Wild. This experience has given me a deep understanding of physical production, structural integrity, and how to solve fabrication challenges before they happen.

Beyond my client work, I am a top-rated instructor for LinkedIn Learning and Lynda.com, where I've created the definitive training on digital sculpting and 3D printing. I don't just use the tools; I write the curriculum that teaches them to others. I hold a BFA in Illustration, so I come from the same world of form, line, and color as my clients.

When I'm not in ZBrush, I'm finding inspiration in nature around my home in Portland, Oregon. Like my clients, I'm a passionate creator at heart. Check out my personal work bellow
